I dont usually do reviews but one must give credit where it's due. I was searching high and low for a part only to be told I would have to buy a complete unit to get the specific part I needed. I was nearly committed to making the complete unit purchase until came across 3D Print Caribbean's Facebook page. I browsed through their work and decided to give them a call and Thomas told me to bring the damaged item and he will inspect it. Not only did he point out areas where the manufacturers cut cost but he also made some suggestions on how he would tweak the design to add regitity and strength. I'm not going to lie, I was a bit sceptical at first but I was like WTH, might as well give the company a try. Thomas told me give him by the end of the following day and he will have a design for me. The following day he contacted me and said yes the design is finish. Needless to say, if I remember correctly three days later I went for the finished product due to being a bit tied up with work and i was in total shock at the product he gave me compared to the damaged one I gave him. The craftsmanship, turn around time and price is amazing. I dont know why I didnt find him any sooner. Several months later and the part still works flawlessly. Now I dont even hesitate to call. Not only would I give him two thumbs up but also I will give him my two big toes as well.

Embarking on a new concept, working with 3D Print Caribbean has been a pleasure throughout all the project phases (design, prototyping & production). The quality of print has been exceptional and surpassed expectations.

The service was absolutely excellent totally seamless Tom is a star totally helpful, I would recommend 3D Print Caribbean to anyone looking to have 3D print work done.
