A great use of a well restored historic building. There are several exhibitions on 3 floors, telling the history of Barbados. It would help if there were some stools of seating of some sort where you watch and listen to, sometimes quite long, videos. A very enjoyable 2 or 3 hours

Lovely museum in a beautifully restored 17th century ship chandler's. Well laid out and thoughtfully presented, it provides an intriguing glimpse into Speightstowns' past.
Great value for money, but cash only at the moment. Allow 1-2 hours. Kid friendly and plenty of beach bars across the road.

Went for the museum day. The self tour was excellent. So unique and interactive. The pirates tale on the 3rd floor was eerily realistic.
Beautiful museum. Great staff and the guest reader was wonderful. If you haven't been don't walk run. Your will not be disappointed.
