I visited ASAP Transport Services where I Joatham one of the employees at your Salters branch. The customer service was top-notch and I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle to go to ASAP Transport. Joatham excorted me to every vehicle on the lot and allowed me to view the inside of each vehicle and under the car bonnet. He was very knowledgeable about each vehicle and was very patient with me and did not pressure me into making a decision. ASAP Transport Services, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Keep up the good work ASAP.

My husband bought a vehicle through the bank and it took a long time to release the vehicle. The manager was never able to be found. The point persons and supervisor would never allow him to speak with the Manager. Feedback is not efficient

I wrote an excellent review on this company but it seems the service is only good when you are purchasing a vehicle and not when the vehicle has an issue. I bought my car in October and in November I heard this noise. I took it to the mechanic which he had the car for a day and he didn’t hear anything he said it could be the tires because the tires was new. The noise wasn’t a consistent noise and then it had stop. In late December, I started hearing the noise again and it became more consistent in January I took it back to the mechanic and when he drove the car he heard the noise but wasn’t sure what it was. I spoked to one of my friends about the car and he sent me to a Nissan guy which had experience dealing with Nissans. I explained it to him he said sounds like the transmission he drove it and he heard the noise and he said you need a transmission but you are free to get another opinion. I reached out to the team here and they said they would have to take it to the company mechanic which he did and the guy said it needs a transmission I have been back and forth with them since February. Finally in April they decided they would cover half of the cost which I think they should cover all. I decided ok I’ll take the half I’m still waiting for the gentleman to call me. Honestly the whole experience was stressful and btw no one has the transmission. I’m very disappointed and unsatisfied by the service given.
