Terrific service from this company! I had a brand new laptop that was frustratingly slow. When I called the company, I was directed to Mikheil, who ever so patiently listened to all of my concerns. He then offered advice as to what could be done to alleviate the problem. I took the laptop in and throughout the process, I got frequent updates from him. He then told me the final cost before proceeding to complete the fix. My laptop is now working the way it should have been when I took it home from the store! Kudos to Mikheil! Customer service at its very best!

Easily accessible, well laid out and clean surroundings. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, items are reasonably priced. The reason for the 3 stars was the lack of temperature taking. You could sanitize your hands and write your info, but there was no one or no way to record temperature

Great service! I went in to diagnose my laptop and the technician seemed to be very thorough and explained what I needed. A part needed to be ordered and they under-promised and completely over-delivered on my expectations. My laptop was ready sooner than was estimated looking and working better than before. On all the occasions I've visited, the staff have been very patient and helpful.

I have used their repair service twice now (different PC's) and the service is second to none. The technicians know what they are talking about. They are very thorough in diagnosing the problem, then tell you what the problem is, the solution and potential costs, all in Plain English with no frills or trying to blind you with science. They over-deliver on service quality and excellence and the costs are very reasonable. I can not praise them highly enough. A model of outstanding service excellence and customer engagement. I would not even consider going anywhere else.

Superior prices and friendly professional staff makes this my favourite place to shop tech. They don't just put it in your hand and say take it or leave it, they make sure it's the best thing for the job your want done which also means that they are genuinely interested in your needs and I love that. Upstairs in the service department is another area in which they shine a quick, job well done, keep you in the loop kinda service is whats offered at fair prices and even if my question should of come with a just for dummies lable I would never know.
