My husband Mark and I bought a new electric mini Cooper S from AutomotiveArt In August 2024. We would like to share our buying and after sales experience with you. As we entered the show room, we were greeted by Kimika Foster, where are we received exceptional service. Everton Greenige went through the controls on the car and then took us for a comprehensive test drive, answering all our questions, as this was our first electric vehicle; Everton did an exceptional job and is an asset to the company. The manager Nicholas Branker sorted out all the financing for the vehicle and arranged for the vehicle charger to be installed at our home; he did an excellent job. When we picked up the vehicle, we were greeted by all the staff and given champagne, which was a nice finishing touch. We have given this company chance after chance and they have been awful on every occasion - stealing our metal dust caps, leaving a piece of machinery clonking around in our engine compartment, telling us there was no loyalty point scheme when there was, pumping our tyres to 49 when the max was supposed to be 36 and refusing to assist to change our battery as they didn’t fancy the job removing the rear seat to get to it. Take your car elsewhere!

I got everything I needed and the Salesman Corey was very helpful and explanatory! The service was also speedy. When they didn't have an item I wanted in that particular branch, I was swiftly directed to a nearby branch who held the item for me and had it ready for me upon my arrival. 10/10.
