I had a pinched nerve and I was in back pain for 5 days. I have tried a professional massage, but that didn't help. Finally someone recommended "Back Into Motion". Dr. Carol-Ann has examined my problem and located the area of pain. She applied acupuncture and emailed me the exercises I need to do. She is a real pro. Perfect service for reasonable fee. Half the price of the massage.
