Years ago you could order, ship and have your purchase in hand within 7 business days or less. For last 18-24 months it now takes 7 business days for your package to even leave the Miami warehouse as you watch it miss 1-2 flights to BGI. On the positive side they are responsive, particularly on WhatsApp, not always with a positive answer but atleast they are responsive. Once your package does arrive in Bdos that’s where the Bdos team seems to shine in getting your package cleared through customs in a timely fashion.

I’ve never felt compelled to make a bad review but this is one of the worst customer services I’ve experienced. Not only do they take over a month to ship clothes but no one picks up the phone most of the time, they hardly respond via WhatsApp and the customer service agent was beyond rude when trying to arrange a delivery. Never shipping with them again.

At first it was good then I send my bf to collect some packages for me and the staff was rude and disrespectful I give him everything but the letter and when I sent it in via email they send me another one to fill out and send bk with my signature I don't know to put my pen signature on a letter so I send a print of my signature and they told my bf I should know how to follow instructions and use common sense then my bf told them I using a cell and they said I should invest in a laptop they don't know what someone is going through and they being rude and disrespectful at this point I have no idea they telling my bf anything like this but they send another email saying they would give him my packages this time but it won't happen again at this point I will never ever ever use bajan pack again because the staff is rude and disrespectful you need to work on your customer service and yours attitudes because they are stink I will never use or recommend anyone to use bajan pack again
