I love this place. The rooms are spacious and ultra clean. I've taken one star away as it is a little bit dated. The staff are fantastic... nothing is too much. They genuinely care and take pride in their work and caring for their customers, they are our extended family. The location is perfect, sat on a beautiful white sand beach, with crystal clear waters... Additionally, it is located down the road from Oistins, a must on a Friday night, a short walk for some or a fun filled bus journey with the fabulous Alicia booked via the hotel. For nights out, the Barbados Beach Club is a short car journey from the "Gap"... full of life, music, both Bajans and tourists, enjoy the various genres of music, live music, karaoke, clubs, etc. Again, all a must to experience and taxis can be happily booked via the reception staff. Coming home taxis are readily available across the road. Usually, the same taxi driver will happily come back for you and take you back to the hotel when you're ready! Love this island, the hotel and our extended family... ❤️

After reading some negative reviews I was nervous about staying here but went with an open mind. On arrival it was a bit tired but the reception staff were lovely, a slight delay getting into room but not a problem as we sat by the pool and went to the beach and had drinks and food. The room was very clean and spacious and lots of storage. The location is perfect with its own beach. The food was amazing and being a small hotel felt very homely. The staff worked hard and responded well to being treated with kindness and respect. Would definitely stay here again

I recently stayed at Barbados Beach Club for two nights, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had during my travels. Two specific incidents stood out. First, the way a dress code-related issue was communicated was deeply unprofessional and left us feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. Sleeves shirt shouldn't be a reason why guests get mistreated. This could have been handled with far more sensitivity. Second, the restaurant manager was extremely rude telling us out wrist band was required to enter, raising his voice and treating us with an unacceptable lack of respect. Unnecessary, with additional attitude and challenging behaviour. On another occasion, I had to wait at the beach for a towel for 20 minutes because the person in charge went for lunch. It was all done as if they were doing us a favour. Additionally, the overall service was highly inefficient. The reception desk had long queues, and the staff seemed helpless and unable to address my concerns effectively. To add to the disappointment, the food quality was below expectations, which further tarnished the experience. Overall, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the staff were unfriendly. I cannot recommend this place to anyone seeking a respectful and enjoyable stay. It was a very unpleasant experience that I would rather avoid in the future.

Rooms are nicely furnished, they are described as 'king size', but they just normally sized rooms. Good view overlooking the pool, but you get the deafening noise from the sound system. Better to be on the other side to enjoy the sunrise. The staff can be quite abrupt and unsmiling, apart from our cleaner, Rachel. She was a star, she should be training the rest of the staff in interpersonal skills. The location is brilliant, right on the amazing beach. The took almost a £1000 extra for taxes from us when we arrived, which had already been paid. It took a week to get the money ba k, they didn't even apologise. Food is okay, the wine is better than last year, but nothing special. Food hygiene is poor. There are still birds flying around the food serving area. The walls beside the omelette hot plate are dirty, and could not be clean as the tiles are cracked.

Spent 10 nights here from 26th Jan. Some very unfair reports made recently. We had massive doubts about this place and had asked Tui for a move. We decided to continue after joining there Facebook page which was far more encouraging. Yes there are bits that could do with a paint and some bits that could be refreshed but nothing major. Our room had a sea and pool view the sea view was the best ive ever seen ! Serviced every day and left clean and fresh. We found the staff were great and very helpfull. Gabriel on the bar was a star ! Restaurant staff some of the nicest i have met. Food was tasty and well presented with plenty of choice. Remember this is 3star and not 5star like some of the Cruise visitors seemed to expect. I would go back tomorrow if i could and so would the people we spoke to while there.
