Rugby Barbados Launches T1 Rugby: An Inclusive Non-Contact Format Starting next Wednesday, sessions will be held weekly at 7 PM, welcoming men, women, and juniors to participate together in a supportive environment. T1 Rugby offers an excellent opportunity to enjoy the strategic and athletic aspects of rugby without the intensity of full-contact play. Rugby is thriving again in Barbados - come down and join us on a Wednesday evening at 7.30pm at the Garrison for fun and fitness, have a run around with us to learn the basics of the game using Touch Rugby (non-contact) to get you into the swing of things - all welcome, come and try it, new to the sport, visitor to the island, experienced players looking for additional fitness, retired players looking for fun and stay in the game, injured players returning to the game, male and female 🙏❤️🏉
