On multiple occasions, we ditched out of the line and found an alternate mode of transportation. At one point, we waited for over 2 hours for a bus that was supposed to run every thirty minutes. It was an exercise in frustration, and there are loads of pigeons flying around inside. I understand that things sometimes run on "island time" there, but this particular location was over the top. If you leave and walk down whichever street leads to your destination, chances are you will be able to get picked up in one of the reggae buses or white minibuses far faster. Plus side, the terminal has a market area outside, there are toilets (bring your own toilet paper and don't be surprised if a toilet seat or stall door is missing or broken), and it's centrally located in B-Town.

The buses are very good.🇧🇧
Service. 🇧🇧
management.🇧🇧
they need work.🇧🇧 Someone is getting paid on the false pretense.... They create an app🇧🇧 for you to manage yourself with the bus schedule. But how can you when the bus does not run on schedule so the app🇧🇧 becomes, useless. And you just sit there wondering where all the electric buses are on this small island 🤔🇧🇧 watching the time just passing with you there is nothing else you can do.🇧🇧🇧🇧

Buses to Sam Lord's Castle are needed in a timely and consistent manner. More permanent and classy signage about destinations at each gate. There can also be advertising about the tourist destinations because they also catch the bus and the video screens need to be put back into use or turn them off all together.

I use this terminal often in my travels.
On a good day it is good on a bad day it is difficult to get transportation to your destination.
You get more bad days than good here especially during the school terms.

I usually stay away from it because it's not the cleanest but the janitors try there best. Wait times for buses can be long so be prepared for your bus to just not show up on time
