Spacious, a variety to choose from but not enough in the makeup section. When they all opened you had a variety of brands and products to choose from, now there's hardly any and nothing much. Makeup is a big seller and seems hard to source.

The cashier Sharon needs to learn how to address customers. …. As my product was scanned she then proceeds and say “ girl 12 dollars “ however I’m a grown adult and that was disrespectful , for brown skin gentleman who’s always at the door welcoming customers upon entrance and exit a big Thank you !

Staff very helpful in finding products. The guy at the door wouldn't assist disabled persons coming in and leaving the establishment. I use a cane and it can be very difficult opening doors, while there another lady came with a cane and she also had to struggle opening the door.

I’ve been shopping for just over 8 months and each month it just gets better! Fantastic products. Great variety and prices. Decent service. Special mention to Mandy at the Wildey Branch who is always helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. Highly recommend this place for quality hair extensions, products, accessories, make up and health products.

Initially I got good service. The sales assistant was pleasant and helpful. I purchased a few items inclusive of a sleep cap. When I got home and opened said sleep cap, I noticed it looked small although the box said XL. Now I have long faux locs and by looking at this cap I knew immediately it couldn't fit, i didnt even bother to try it. I proceeded to return it the next day and was told they couldn't exchange it for hygiene purposes, although i didnt even try to fit, while I understand this, the information on the product box was clearly misleading and this was explained. The same sales assistant agreed with me but yet nothing was done. The supervisor didn't even bother coming out to me and the sales assistant couldn't care less. I won't be spending my money here anymore. They don't even deserve 1 star.
