They did an order. I said I wanted male and female prints. Received only female. Told them order was wrong. How are they going to fix it. They basically said they're not fixing anything as it was my fault for not sending file. But the last thing I explained was wanting male and female prints. Even if I was incorrect for not sending file again, as I did before, they could have asked. Confirmed. ...They didn't. They just disregarded what I requested. Was just rude and dismissive. Not an apology. Not a compromise. Nothing. I was wrong and that was it. ...That's not how you conduct business. I would never willingly work with them ever again. Nor suggest them to anyone. They need to work on their customer service. They're attitude in general. The guy always seemed like he could careless either way.
