Brownes Beach

If you want to get away from all the tourist people on the other side of the beach, Brown's Beach is a perfect spot to be. Little Rocky on the shoreline sometimes, but at least it's a little tranquil and not as much noise with less tourist people around.

This is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world! The sand was pearly white, the water was crystal clear, and the waves were nice and calm. We had fun lounging, although the weather was super hot for late February. The water was nice and cool and we enjoyed snorkeling with turtles, where we saw lots of fish and met lots of other tourists. There were tons of chairs and umbrellas available. There were many restaurants with service available to tourists. They accepted American dollars and we had a great time meeting locals and learning about the local culture.

I ❤️ this beach in Barbados until this weekend when I notice active construction on the PUBLIC PARKING SPACES (about 6-7 rows of spaces for vehicles) is not down to 3. How can you making parking spaces less to accommodate a building project that’s a disservice to the citizens and visitors of 🇧🇧 Barbados. It took away the space where the food canteen can no longer open due to the construction 🚧. PLEASE VISIT BROWNES BEACH YOU WILL LOVE IT AND ENJOY YOUR TIME at the BEACH. This beach amenities are a changing room, showers and now limited parking spaces. YESTERDAY at the beach, there were some spot-winged comb jelly🪼 (Ocyropsis maculata) in the water (they do not sting) (beautiful with brown spots and transparent). I still LOVE BROWNES BEACH MY FAVORITE.
