Wasn't aware of the order online procedure and showed up in person to purchase supplies. The sister company next door, Brydens Retail told me to place the order online, but failed to tell me they have a different website to Brydens Express. The order was placed on the Express website with the hope that it could be filled and picked up shortly after as I was there in person already. Much to my surprise they said they are short staffed and only had 1 person doing the picking. During the busy time just before school starts? Poor planning. Was told that pick up would need to be tomorrow. On top of that, they usually only ship items once the credit card payment has hit their account, which is in stark contrast to every other business that verifies the credit card transaction and provides the product or service right away. Very unexpected business practice.

I am so impressed. I called your office at 4.25pm and met with a pleasant voice and helpful female employee who patiently took my call and made sure that I was satisfied with her responses to the questions I asked.
