Food was ok but OMFG give your staff some customer service training. It was like Kevin and Perry were serving me.

The service was good! I did a survey and I went to collect my free sandwich but I had to purchase a drink and fries to get the sandwich. The service was fast didn't have to wait to long. The cashier called the supervisor who came an actioned the transaction in a timely manner. The chicken sandwich was so good. The fries are excellent and the food was a good temperature. Eat my food with a lovely good.

I was very disappointed with the service at the Hastings branch. My receipt shows that my order was given and paid for at 7:45pm. The lady told me to park and wait and took my car number. As time passes I see three cars which arrived after me get their food. I moved closer to the entrance to see what was happening. There were many cars outside that night just waiting for their orders having paid via the drive through. I ask an employee what was the status of my food and she asked “wuh iz you orda again?!” I was quite taken back and told her she should know my order as she wrote my license plate down. It is now 8:30pm and I have not been given an explanation or an apology for the ridiculous wait. I then received my order but In 3rds she gave me part of my order I had to remind her there is a drink she goes back in for the drink then I reminded her I had another part to my order she goes back in to learn they are now being prepared. She brings the last part out. I received no apology and was meet only with a terrible attitude. When I opened the food it looked awful and not appetising at all. The lettuce was wilted and old. I just ended up throwing away my burger. The food was definitely not worth the wait! I have supported BK quite a bit since it opened and I must conclude that last evening’s poor service has been a complete turn off. Please train your staff better especially at the Hastings Branch.

Staff incredibly slow at the drive thru. Lettuce in both sandwiches is just vile - completely vilted and slimey green. Shocking to think there’als actual human staff there thinking its okay to put that on food!

So I get to the drive thru and I give the lady an older US20 bill and she says I can't take this and looks at me like I'm crazy without explanation. Has an attitude towards me and doesn't take the money. I had to use my card which has high international fees but I should not have had to do that at all. Very dissapointing that these employees have no clue about US bills especially if they are accepting them. Maybe you should learn more about them if you're accepting them smh.
