The most unprofessional service I've ever received from a fast food restaurant. Not sure if there was a change in staff but the quality of the service went from exceptional to subpar overnight. Excessively long waits, cold food and at times some items I paid for being forgotten.
P.S. Thank you for the burnt nuggets.

The drive-thru staff are extremely slow and unprofessional. They have no sense of speed and efficiency. If you ask a question, they do not answer or acknowledge you. On a good day you can sit up to an hour waiting in line. If you go inside the service is slightly quicker but not by much. These people need training in the worst way.

Extremely long wait times. Quite often menu items are not available. Even after extended wait periods one still gets the incorrect order. Every worker is sullen. The fries remain a plus.

Worst service ever… All Locations. Crispy Chicken sandwich is always burnt, Wait time is always close to 1 Hour
