Butch's has always provided outstanding food and equal quality beverages. Royal Barbados was somehow not quite as tasty, as previous Sandals locations. I had their prime rib dinner. While the steak was tender, as expected, the flavor was not at the same level as this entree at other Sandals. Otherwise, service and the atmosphere were good.

We ate here on the last night before departing the next morning. The food and service are both amazing. The decor and air conditioning are magical especially in September. It's by far the best restaurant on the resort. There are other great finds to eat but you have to get a reservation. The manager is great! He greets every guest and is full of personality that makes your dining experience a perfect all around meal if your looking for steak and seafood.
Promise you won't be disappointed! Fyi there are 2 Butch's. We ate at the one on the Royal side.

The meal here was very underwhelming. You can get better steak at any other Sandals restaurant. It was pretty, but not appetizing. It was almost a 2hr wait to be served our entrees and it was not worth it.

Absolutely AMAZING! Reservation only, MUST book as soon as you arrive at Sandals. The decor, ambience, service, and dinner ALL Top notch! I ordered the black pepper bacon appetizer, OMGOODNESS delicious 😋. The filet mignon, snapper, monk fish, lobster tail all flavorful tender perfectly prepared with a beautiful presentation. My waiter was so polished, professional, and very informed about each menu item
I'm still full while creating this review! The dessert are decadence!
