Absolutely loved this place! The staff were fabulous - so helpful and so much fun. We had the fresh catch (marlin) and it was exceptional. We had the blackened , grilled and fish curry. Incredibly flavorful and delicious. Homemade ice cream was really yummy and the bartender mixes delectable concoctions. Prices are high but so are most restaurants on the island

Let me start by saying the food was delicious. I, unfortunately, received the incorrect order at first, so my party finished most of their meals before mine was received. However, our waitress quickly admitted to her mistake entering the order, apologized, and had it fixed. Despite the delay, I was not disappointed as the coconut curried beef and noodles were fantastic! We'll be back for sure!

This place seems like a tourist trap! The food is not that great. In my life for the first time I was served cold chicken wings. The crab cakes had no flavor. The chicken curry was good and the today’s special was good. I would not recommend this place. Have less expectations.
The portions are very small. Which I have no complaints about. No waste.

If your idea of a great restaurant is a small menu with food cooked perfectly and creatively then visit here. Totally recommend.

We went last night and had the catch of the day, veggie curry and the bread pudding. Everything was simply delicious. Flavors are vibrant and representative of the island. If you’re looking for an authentic Caribbean dining experience, Cariba is a great option.
Beyond that, as it’s our overall experience on the island, the staff is very warm, and friendly. They provided awesome recommendations, like the bread pudding, which is a most have (with cinnamon ice cream!
