My best stay in Barbados ever!! Was here for 23 days in December 2023, and enjoyed every moment. Paul is a gracious and kind host, and I can’t wait to come back!!

I was looking for a little weekend getaway during my visit home in Barbados. I couldn’t of chosen a better place. Communication was GREAT. Paul made sure to check in with me to make sure I had no troubles finding the place or entering the apartment. It was very easy to find. It was quaint and quiet. From the bed I could hear the waves crashing against the sand across the street. I loved that the beach was right across the street. There is also another beach spot only about a 3 min walk from the apartment where most people like to go. Overall I had a wonderful weekend and would stay again.

Carita Beach View is a cozy, compact apartment with everything you could possibly need! Paul is extremely responsive to questions and made sure to check that everything was ok for us. As stated in the listing, the area can be a bit noisy with the road outside, but this is nothing a good pair of earplugs cannot fix. There are beautiful beaches a short drive or bus journey away, with calm water for swimming and snorkeling.

Great location with good facilities either side in Holetown and Speightstown. Excellent value for money and very thoughtful and responsive hosts. A couple of minutes walk to Thunder Bay which is a quiet gem of a beach. Also a few little locals eating places within walking distance.
