Carlisle Brewing produces a wide selection of beer that is sure to please your palate. I quite like the central location, large well lit car park, extra friendly staff and very cool ambience of the bar. It's clean, welcoming and the home of some of the best beer I have ever tasted.

Upstart brewery with a fantastic range of beers of varying styles. Cool spot (a little off the beaten path) and a great place to spend time sipping delicious beers. Flights available too. Great, friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit for any beer lovers!

I stopped by Carlisle Brewing for the first time after an exciting cricket match at Kensington Oval, just a short 2-minute walk away. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the selection of beers was unlike anything I’d tasted before. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, guiding me through their unique flavours. It was the perfect spot to unwind after the game. I’ll definitely be back for more!

Had an incredible time at Carlisle Brewing's Brew Pub! The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, with large glass windows offering a great view of the area. The beer selection is top-notch – each sip lives up to their tagline, 'Perfection in every sip.' The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and you can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Ample parking makes it easy to drop by, and the unique location near Kensington Oval adds a local touch. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking to relax, Carlisle Brewing is a must-visit!"

Pre-ordering meals is highly recommended as with a large group, the wait may be long. Although not a drinker, the few brews that I sipped/tried, out of their vast choices, were palatable. Nice liming-spot background music, space for dancing if one has the inclination. Seating inside and outside, at the bar on at tables.
