Staff need to do a better job on informing patients on what time the doctor will be in. Today I spent 5 hours (without an appointment), having arrived at 7 a.m. Thinking that the doctor would be in that early, (even though I called to find out their starting hours and was told 7 a.m until 1 p.m.) but later found out through chatter that he would be in around 8:30 a.m. I left there around 12:40 p.m. as it was a bit ridiculous, especially as to how I was feeling that I couldn't have been slipped in between those who did have appointments. I arrived at another doctor's office within 20 minutes and was seen about 10 minutes after I arrived, still without an appointment.

Doctor Harper is the best very understanding doctor and price is very reasonable can't get no better than that
