Absolutely livid that an online order of flowers for a funeral were substituted due to being out of stock without any notification, communication or photo given (contact details eg.email were specifically on delivery notes if contact was needed, as we do not live in Barbados). My husband and I only were notified after we had emailed to confirm if the flowers had been delivered and was given a brief written description of the flowers *which was vastly different from what we ordered. As I understand flowers become out of stock unexpectedly I would have expected at least the courtesy of a notification of substitution at a minimum- especially for flowers for a funeral.

Ordered the 'Silver Anniversary' bouquet for my wife on our Silver Wedding Anniversary from the UK for delivery to our hotel in Barbados. Service and flowers were amazing. Thank you Carlton Flowers for helping make our special day that much more memorable.

Carlton Flowers delivered an absolutely stunning flower arrangement for me today! As others have noted, their customer service is excellent. Communication via email is prompt and highly effective (I'm in Canada). Most importantly, the flowers exceeded all expectations! If you need to send some love to someone in Barbados, Carlton Flowers will deliver!

I thought about it last minute and was checking places out and almost missed the store hours as our clocks had just went back an hour in Ontario. I then remembered I had a number in my phone for a florist I used in Barbados previously. Thank you Carlton Flowers and Plants for the excellent service and going above and beyond closing hours to deliver flowers for my mom's birthday. I was told it would go out Saturday Nov 7th on her birthday although they did not open that day, but then they were able to get them out that Friday night. The arrangement was beautiful with the perfect colours and flowers. Thanks Rosita for your excellent service and doing everything to make my experience from Toronto, Canada a pleasant one. My go to florist in Barbados. Thanks again. My mom loooved her arrangement.

I was trying to send a plant to my friend from the States. Navigating this from afar was difficult, but Rosita at Carlton Flowers did a wonderful job communicating with me by email. When the plant I hoped to send wasn't available (because of shipping limitations) Rosita was able to suggest other items that might work, and my friend was very happy with the large, lively peace lily she received with a "thinking of you" message post in it. After some initial figuring out, it was successfully delivered to her home in Barbados. Thank you, Carlton Flowers!
