Excellent variety in a warehouse type hardware store. Top marks for service.
I was collecting on behalf of a family member, and the order was called in ahead. Pleasant cashiers quickly located the invoice and sent me to the relevant section. Found the items already picked in a trolley and ready to go.

Love the Belle location. The staff there are friendly and helpful. The advice they give along with the product they sell you make life a lot easier if you want to help yourself. The store is never overcrowded and that helps. Goods delivered as ordered and a plus as well. Competent floor staff. The managers need to come from behind their desktops and learn from the staff on to handle their customers. You ask the managers a question and they immediately start looking for one of their staff to assist you.

Excellent experience at this branch. I went to Wildey to make a purchase but they did not have the exact amount of each items I wanted. The customer service rep check the system to see which other stores had the additional items I wanted and then call to verify that the items were actually in stock. He then asked if I was okay collecting the additional items from Lower Estate to which I agreed. This is after being in store shopping for well over an hour. To make a long story short, the customer rep instructed to ask for Debbie when I got to Lower Estate. When I got there I asked for Debbie and to my surprise she had the additional 14 items there ready for to just cash and go. A process that I was anticipating that would have taken 1/2hr or more took less than 5 mins. Thank very much Debbie, great job.

Usually customer is excellent but on one occasion i went to purchase a pair of garden boots and because my shoe size is 15 , some very young force ripe staff made fun of the size of my feet saying i may have to get the shoe box and even though it is funny it is not professional .

The customer service is normally good. But, I recently ordered some wood, when i visited the worksite to see the finished job i realized that some of the wood was badly bent.
If you ask for damaged wood, they tell you they don't sell damaged wood, but from this experience, they send it to you when you pay regular price.
Just be observant when wood is delivered.
I was not the one who received it because i would have sent it right back.
