Spent the last 3 days in Barbados hearing Chefette as the local fast food joint to visit.. We basically ordered 1 of each item on the menu for a taste test...
The Thrift box of 9 piece chicken was soggy not crispy.. Bland to taste and unexciting.. We kept thinking that we should've went to KFC instead while trying this chicken 👎
The chicken wings was the same as the chicken. Soggy with the same bland seasoning.. Fries soggy and disappointingly terrible.
Kids chicken nuggets.. 👎 Cheese pizza 👎
And of course the Roti.. We got one all chicken and another chicken and potatoes.. Both was thrown out after a few bites.. The ice cream was actually good 👍

Been to Barbados many times but this is the first time I actually tried it and man was it good!!! Had the 9 piece fried chicken the place was really busy though and waited in line for half an hour just to order then another 20 min to get my food! But man was it worth it! Because the place was so busy the chicken was straight out of the fryer and really hot and juicy! A bit pricy though for fried chicken but worth it I guess, nice clean restaurant too

The food was good and the prices reasonable since Barbados is so expensive. The customer service is badly lacking. My daughter got a cat from the kids meal but liked the color of her sister’s so we asked the manager if she could exchange it—she said no. Not sure where she got customer service training from… we were going to buy ice cream but that encounter left a bad taste.

As usual in Barbados the food is good however I am on the island a couple of times every year and the costomer care is absolutely terrible! Vexed unhappy faces and totally lacking in manners. 90 percent need retraining if they have been trained at all.

This is a fast food restaurant so you shouldn't expect world class quality in any of the above so the rating matches what the expectation should be. I have been on several occasions and have always had a pleasant experience it doesn't have a play park as my children have asked me on numerous occasions so just be aware of that aspect.
