Chi restaurant made a good first impression on me. The Wonton soup with ginger was the star of the show - it was flavorful and comforting. The Firecracker shrimp, served as a small plate, was an explosion of flavors. Another small plate that caught my attention was the bao bun softshell crab, which was both unique and tasty. For the entrees, the orange chicken was bursting with flavor and went perfectly with the fragrant jasmine rice. On the other hand, the Pad Thai was a bit disappointing as the noodles were overcooked. Despite this, the top-notch service made the overall experience a positive one.

We came to Chi for something to try. The food selections, quality, and taste were all at the typical Sandals level, "perfect." The atmosphere was similar to another sushi restaurant we've seen at a different Sandals resort. Today's service was the deaf-breaker for us. It took approximately 25 minutes to get water and make our drink order. After another 20 minute wait, we got waters and our cocktails. It took another 20 minutes for the waitress to come back and take our food order. Half an hour later, the food arrived. We requested silverware, in place of the provided chop sticks. That took another ten minutes for my wife. The server sneered at me, as she rudely offered silverware. Our waitress never came back to ask how we were doing, nor to see if we had any additional requests. We will never be back.

Antonio is the best server here! Great signature cocktails or cocktails. Ahi tuna poke and salmon sashimi were great. The crispy pork baos are a must!

Fairly good selection of Asian inspired dishes. Food was good. Great to have a cocktail menu as well, the only time we saw one on the resort. Good service, and liked the ambience inside the restaurant. Would have been nice if they’d had more than one dim sum. Desserts were forgettable.

Great culinary experience on property at Sandals Royal Barbados. You won't get your back home Chinese food here. This is well prepared eclectic mix of Asian favorites will leave your mouth watering from the first bite. Try the Orange Duck or LoMain for a fun twist on your meal.
