Have been waiting years to try Chillin and Grillin after being recommended, however the queue on a Friday fish fry are huge (for good reason) so we gave this a go on a Tuesday night.
Made to feel incredibly welcome and the lovely lady who worked there explained each of the different types of fish and her recommendations. We were so well looked after, given huge portions and the food was delicious! We will be back!

Positive Friday night fish fry experience! They are located right next to one of the entertainment areas so music was loud but fun. There was a pretty long lineup (this is true of all the spots on Friday night), but was surprised how quick it went. Food for our group of four came at different times, but was no issue for us as we were enjoying the “chillin” part of this festive establishment. Everything was tasty and portions were generous. We had a couple of marlin plates and a couple of chicken plates (no fish due to allergies). Marlin isn’t my top fish to be honest, and would recommend one of their other options for a few more dollars, but left totally satisfied and would not hesitate to go again.

We went on a Friday night. Another review said it was busy they were right. I would say chaotic. We lined up for someone to take our order. If took someone awhile to acknowledge the line of people waiting. I wanted to leave but it was getting late and other places were busy. A staff came and ask us what meat we wanted and did nothing with that information. Finally a lady took our order an didn't ask how he we wanted it or ask how long it would be. My boyfriend also mentioned that the treated the white people better because they didn't have to wait to order, they told them to sit and immediately took their order and their food came quicker then every one who was waiting to order. They were the last one on the line to order and we know they didn't order before because they ask multiple times if it was the line to order.so the other low review was right. When it comes to the food it was tasteless and the portion was small.

We were welcomed by a lovely lady, who explained the menu and took our order. Was busy but well organised - we went for a little walk to the jetty while waiting for our food to be done. And oh my goodness - it was fresh and all the sides were tasty, especially the breadfruit (I’m a fan!). We got salmon and barracuda. 10/10 would come back.

All good, Just the size of the flying fish was a little disappointing. I would guess around a 100 grams. But tasty and the sides were good as well. Although going on a Friday night, I didn't have to wait long at all, excellent and attentive service. Liked the atmosphere (like all other grills), can't compare to the other places though.
