Waiting times here are generally long both in branch, on telephone and waiting for an email response customer service seems not to be important at this bank one of the worst in Barbados snd believe me, there are plenty bad banks you can do worse and better, to be honest.

One of the worst CIBC FirstCaribbean branches. Always a massive line (30+ people) and always 2 or 3 tellers working out of the potential 6 for regular banking, which is a huge waste of everyone's time. I've had the misfortune of having to visit this branch for cash deposits twice in the last year. Both times I've wasted 1.5 hours of my life (but thankfully 99.9% of my banking is done online.) The managers and staff need to do a better job of providing fast and efficient service to customers. Right now, the service is disrespectful and inconsiderate of people's time. I will end on a positive note, in my opinion, CIBC FirstCaribbean has the best online banking and mobile app. My advice is to do your banking online and leave in branch transactions as a last resort. If you do need to go, budget 2 hours out of your day and make sure your phone is fully charged, you'll need it while waiting in line!

I have an issue with my back so when I go to the location in town they normally are very catering and understanding about my injuries but 1 day I had a fairly decent check I wanted to cash and my gf told me let go Warren's.when I arrived I told the guard 💂‍♂️ what normally happens wen I go in town he then went and ask a nice lady at the counter and ask a question and proceeded to call me to the counter and told me have a seat a wait.while that was happening a unpleasant lady by the name of Beverly was observing the situation and told me to get up out that chair and go and wait in the line I proceeded to tell her what happened and she didn't care I think wanna need to have a word with this Beverly cause she running potential customers and clients.i don't have a account there its my gf 1 i used and I was thinking about depositing my checks dey and also open my account 1 time by thanks to Beverly I will look elsewhere

Standing in a line for over an hour each time banking is very painful the managers should try it out.
