This credit union has gone through quite a bit of change over the years, some good ones...updated services, nice renovated buildings/interior with clean, comfortable seatings & layout and convenient locations.
Their customer service however has dropped to a low over the years with these updated amenities...with online banking/app though very good now as they were lots of bug issues in the past, they're now lacking that empathy we've grown used to from COB.
Long waiting times at member services at some branches, long queues at customer queries desk at the broad street location and the non answering of the phones.
I've always appreciated the ATM machines with the ease of doing business and the introduction of the new Mastercards.
But I think the re-introduction of customer care (that disappeared during and since Covid) is what clients is mostly needing above else.

Hi, keeping calling customer service for weeks now, staying on the line for more than half hour at times.
Request a call back,
Sent an e_mail, no luck
Here I am 20 minutes and 43 seconds on a call and still no help.
This is frustrating

I’m currently in the bank no one at the front desk for an hour now very slow service don’t recommend anyone to use this bank.Borad street branch to be exact and am not even from Barbados
