Hey, this was a very good gym for working out, feeling as I was at my local gym at home, even better: very well organized, plenty spaces even for a more private session, toilet very clean and equipped like a 5 stars hotel, soap and disinfectant. Personal very attentive and useful and the location also safe and beautiful and close to my residence at St Patrick. For me was a bit more expensive than my local gym but that is understandable when you pay for session and not for a month. I will visit again when visit Barbados.

I went to this gym before the pandemic when I was on the island for my medical school foundations. Honestly, it’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Despite its size, it has classes at the perfect time of the days every week. It has really good free weights and calisthenics. It doesn’t have many barbells but there are ways around that. It has near fantastic hours and it’s well located right next to a smoothie bar, and grocery store. The staff is fantastic.
I have to say I really miss it. And I don’t know why I thought about it today but once I did, I had to write a review.

Came to this gym for weeks. After paying for another day pass I was told to leave in the middle of my workout with no refund because I had not been wearing sneakers. I have never wore sneakers to this gym. I wear shoes that allow me to be flat footed and grounded while lifting. No signage on the walls, nothing in the waiver, was told nothing by staff until TODAY when they wanted me to leave. Very unprofessional!

Newly expanded to accommodate 2 cardio rooms. Decent size gym with a lot of machines, weights, and clean ambiance. Staff are very nice and attentive. Never had an issue. Water fountains found in each room.

If you're a medical student at Ross University, this is going to be a place you visit often. First, the gym is not far from the Villages of Coverley; it's a good walking distance. As soon as you walk in, there is a hand sanitizer and a temperature check device. If you're going to the gym for the first time as a student, you'll have to fill out a health form, which is simple to fill out. You'll also need to show your student ID. They gym has two floors: the first floor has a cardio room with treadmills and bikes while the second floor has the free weights, machines, and more cardio equipment. The second floor also has a workout room where classes are often held. There is a locker room available to change as well. The staff are very friendly and they provide personal training if you need it. The gym also provides work out classes if you're interested in that. The gym is of decent size but it can get packed depending on the time you go, so find a time that works for you and you should be fine. The gym is open seven days a week too. The gym is well-kept, clean, and has all the equipment you would need; like any facility please wipe down the benches and put any equipment back in its proper place once you're done using it. Lastly, the gym is located at the square, so once you're done working out, you can grab a bite to eat, you can grab a smoothie, or do some grocery shopping. All in all, I enjoy Club Fitness and I recommend it to anyone in Coverley, especially if you're a Ross student.
