Coconut Baby is a custom bakeshop specializing in delicious cakes, desserts, drinks, snacks, and food catering that just happens to be vegan.
We also create retail/wholesale products including, vegan Bajan-Style FSHCAKE batter, small-batch Kombucha, flavored coconut chips, lunch cakes, and vegan sauces.

I took Allison's Vegan Baking class. It was very informative... I'm still amazed by how much we covered during the session. The recipes were delicious and not too difficult to follow with her excellent guidance.
I'm looking forward to taking more cooking classes and placing an order in the future!

Exceeded my expectations - Great cakes (try the carrot cake based Caribbean Dream) and the service was second to none.
Really encourage you to try this or one of the other speciality cakes. And you can freeze them for two or three month (not that it will last that long to be fair)

I messaged Coconut Baby on Instagram and she responded really quickly, i was wanting to order 12 cup cakes for my Loves Birthday, she delt with all of my questions and changing my mind so much because everything sounded so tastey, in the end I ordered
"Uga Chaka, Uga Chaka
Vanilla cake, caramel buttercream, chocolate drizzle, caramel drizzle, toasted coconut"
and boy did they deliver!!! bigger than i had imagined, beautifully presented in a nice clean crisp white box, decorated and drizzled so lovingly, but demolished in a matter of hours because they where the most amazing cupcakes we have ever had we ate cake until we couldn't! soo good and best bit they are guilt free, maybe not the calories but no cruelty totally vegan!!!, Mrs.Coconut baby has a customer in me for life now! hooked by the sweet tooth!

I ordered a red velvet Cookie Monster cake for my husbands birthday & it was absolutely delectable. We had to pace ourselves so we wouldn’t finish it all too soon! This woman is so talented! Whatever you order I’m sure you won’t be disappointed & I guarantee you’ll be trying to find an excuse to order another treat.

Excellent service and the cake was beyond expectation. What I was most impressed with was the fact that not only did the cake look delicious, it tasted better than it looked. Who knew that a vegan cake could taste so good? I will be recommending Coconut Baby to all my friends and I will definitely be a repeat customer. 🎉🎉🎉
