We rented a car during our Barbados Trip Nov 2022. It was an easy process. We booked directly online with Hertz. We picked up the car at the airport. All international car rental companies like Hertz use the local car rental companies - we picked our car up from Coutesy Rent A Car. We took extra insurance because we were heading to the northern part of the island. We are glad that we decided to rent a car - we got a chance to explore more of Barbados.
