I was in a bind and needed a new bed ASAP. Miss Skeete went above and beyond, ensuring next-day delivery at a fantastic price. Her outstanding customer service made a stressful situation much easier. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend this store.

Thank you Rhianna for your help in getting us our new beds and a tv for our new apartment, and it just so happened that we shopped on a day where there was a sale 😊 She was very helpful in ensuring our delivery arrived to us before we left the island. We had to exchange an item and there wasn’t a problem as we purchased another item. She even called us to follow up and ensure we had received everything.
We appreciate your assistance and look forward to seeing you again once back on the island 🏝️

If you want to be ignored shop here. Went to buy a microwave on Fri 5th Oct at 8:15am. Not one staff member came to my assistance. Tall guy sitting head down on his phone, young girl sitting chatting away on her phone. Three others sitting at computers, one with an elderly lady. I waited patiently until she was finished and asked for help. She very pleasantly told me she'd help but she had to discuss something with her supervisor first. Needed a landline phone so decided to browse these, meanwhile there's a woman sitting right there who completely ignored me. After 5 minutes I left. Went to Courts b'town and got professional service and a better deal on the appliance.

Told a staff member that I wanted to get the total cost for a few items that I intended to purchase and she offered me a piece of paper and NO pen. Didn't follow up after I walked around the entire store nor did they ask if I wanted the items. I purchased everything from a different location.

Poor customer "call back/update" experience I HAD with "SOME employees" Other cordial staff members seemingly tried to assist me. However, I repeatedly gave information, one in person was even a tad rude. In the end, I had a very disappointing outcome in what I was trying to accomplish.
I sought another establishment and got through within a week. I WISH I NEVER WASTED 3 WEEKS WITH COURTS. I still have not heard back officially from them. I'm pretty sure this was just MY experience but it left a bad impression.
