If you are looking for appliances, furniture, electronics or housewares this is definitely a place to frequent.
I thought the furniture was a little expensive for being somewhat damaged or defective. Large appliances (stoves, refrigerators and freezers), are the main attraction of this place. There is a selection of items that are 2nd hand or have had repairs. There are also those with damage and some with minor defects.
Everything is well marked, delivery is available at a cost. Additionally warranties can be purchased depending on the condition of the item. The big blue building is easy to find on the Spring Garden Highway.

At first, it seemed horrible because two workers in the booth refused to acknowledge my knock on the door or appearance at the window. Finally a young lady came to me and she was helpful and really nice. The guy who put my stuff in the vehicle was also very helpful.

Service dept is not very competent or helpful.
No answer on phones, not able to supply correct parts for items they sell.
My previous experiences were not bad but i thought that service would have been always good given that item was purchased from their store.....i thought wrong!
This makes me second guess whether i will buy anythung electrical from their store again.

The security lady needs some customer service skills her attitude stinks and she needs to address the customers queries and not her own she shouldn't be the first person you have to deal with in finding help makes the company look bad , other than that the other staff in the bond were really nice customer service on point.

Excellent service. The response over the phone was pleasant and knowledgeable, and this was backed up with quick service when we actually reached the location. A crucial part was needed to repair an appliance, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it was in stock for such an old model. Kudos to Courts Distribution Centre.
