Tuesday 25th June i encountered excellenttttt customer service from a young man Reon Beckles at the Emerald city branch.i was looking around and a tv caught my attention. Mr Beckles answered all my quieries and was very attentive, polite, patient and work with such grace. I had to highlight this young man. I also spoke to the manager about His service. In Barbados you hardly find customer service at this level. MR Reon Beckles keep up the good work i salute You. And thank You for your service.

a very disappointed customer have been dealing with courts for over 10 years and this is my worst experience with them…..was waiting on a bed for over a week every day a different story have to be calling n calling one body saying one thing someone else another smh

Courts is one of about 3 places in the area to buy new appliances. They have options for delivery, installation and payment options. If you have the money, always pay in full. The interest will always get you. The sales people are sometimes nice and there is usually a wait for everything. You wait for help, you wait to buy and you wait to pick up. Go early in the morning to spend less time waiting.

From the jump, I knew I should've not purchased anything.
Dont carish Sales rep Whitney gave me wrong opening times, telling me about delivery fees, when delivery is free.
Received a SMS to confirm delivery for one day, stayed home from work to then call CS to be told the delivery is scheduled for another day.
UPDATE:
Fridge was purchased thursday, its now tuesday the next week and I CANT SEE a fridge, my food has officially spoilt.
Not another cent from me😂

Courts has been a great experience as always and I hope they can continue to offer great products and payment plans to their customers in these very trying times
I know it's also about the firm's survival as previous earnings should not be eroded by current operating expenses..I hope they can still have a competitive edge for the up coming xmas season
