Doctors there act like they have shares with the funeral home.
After an infection spread to my lunges.. I called back to let them know I was was getting worse .. I was now coughing up green phlegm, had chest tightness and short of breath.
And was told to take an Advil.

Came in for one issue specifically.
Doctor Alleyne took care and addressed it, and then also even address other things I didn't come in for. Fully took care of me and helped my overall health not just my reason for visit. Truly a proper and thorough doctor. Even went out of her way to track down a difficult to find medicine that I take regularly.

During our annual 7 week vacation to Barbados, my husband and I fell apart and ended up in the clinic a total of 10 times over that period. Every staff member is professional, courteous and so compassionate! They all went the extra mile to assist us and make our situation tolerable.
We highly recommend Coverley Medical Centre!

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to because this is now the third time I am having a terrible experience at this clinic. I was here 3 days ago for a follow up on an ear cyst that was drained and TB test. That day, I waited for 45 minutes- came in 7:06am. They had told me to stop in at any time for this follow-up and did not allow me to make an appointment. I was supposed to walk in and it would be a very quick appointment. When I finally got called back around 8am, they did what I needed and even a TB test that I needed done. That was fine- then they told me to come in Sunday for a health assessment appointment and to check the TB test and check my ear. The doctor called in the lady who sets appointments to schedule this with me. She told me to come in at 11am on Sunday. I came in 10:50am to be told that I was never scheduled for an appointment and I’d have to wait for the line of people in front of me. I’ve been waiting an hour and will still have to wait longer. I am extremely disappointed with this level or care- the doctors and nurses are very kind and knowledgeable, but the organization is lacking.

Visited today for the 1st time, for swelling on the side of my face. It was clean & civilized. Thankfully they were open on Sunday! The admins were cool & the the nurse that took my blood pressure, was kind & professional, asked me all the health security questions in one go and most importantly, took the time to listen carefully to everything I had to say about exactly how I was feeling & why. The Doctor, Dr. Janneke Haywood, took care of me with extreme professionalism, kindness, gentleness & listened to all that I was concerned about and most importantly made sure that I understood everything that she said about my condition. Although I was feeling very nervous, the Doctor made me feel at ease! I really did feel like I mattered! I highly recommend Coverley Medical Center.
