Unfortunately my visit to this station coincided with the change of shift. The process at this location seemed longer than I've experienced at other gas stations in the same circumstances. However, the attendants were very courteous as they went through the formalities of handing over from one group to the other. Three different individuals approached customers to pleasantly explain what was causing the delay. While some motorists got frustrated and left, I really couldn't turn away from these persons who exhibited just the right level of "customer service" treatment. Keep it up, Rubis Coverley.

Clean, bright and with nice people. This Rubis is great if you live at Coverly or even on your way home. They have a decent sized well stocked convenience store.
If you need something more the Fresh Market supermarket is great and just another minute into the development.

The gas station service has been really good over the last few months. The staff is prompt, pleasant and never fail to ask if cleaning the windows is desired.
The staff inside the store proper can be 50/50 in terms of service, but to be fair I rarely go in.
