So our experience here was fabulous all day,had bbq entertainment couldn't have been better that was until our wonderful server kindly escorted me to pay our bill,amount spot on no problem there,here's my problem the lady whom I'm told is the owner treated her staff like nothing I've seen,rude isn't even close.now I know this and experienced this I shall never return.treat people how you wish to be treated would be a beverage the lady I experienced should definitely have

Great Sunday BBQ. Top tip from me, if going on a Sunday, go early and grab a lounger and just go up to the bar area when eating (dry off first 😉). Then chill listening to Mr Impact from the beautiful beach. Simple but delicious food on a Sunday for $50BDS.

Absolutely shocking service. Walked past the sign on the road with COCKTAILS on it,so decided do pop in for a cocktail. It was happy hour so happy days. Had two drinks and went to pay and were told the rum sours were not on the happy hour list. We were never given a happy hour menu,never told there was exceptions and when we spoke to the owner she said “most people know that”. Besides us not being actual mind readers,she also said “well it’s on the board out there but somebody rubbed it off”.
For such a gorgeous location the place was empty,and now I see why. Avoid like the plague unless you are prepared for a grumpy oul wan.

The ambience at this place is ALWAYS a nice vibe...I enjoyed the setting ...the music...the blend of locals and tourist...the drinks etc. If you want to relax or destress Crystal Waters it is. A mature setting where you can truly relax and enjoy yourself. Keep it up guys!!
