Service is poor. I went in there to buy a few unmanaged switches. I’m bending down on my knees to see the selection on a low shelf. I found one. A sales agent walks over to me to offer “help”. I asked if there are any more of these. The man said, “if you don’t see any more then there are none”. I thought to myself, if he was my employee I would have sent him home today. He did not check the computer to check inventory. He did not ask a colleague a question. He did not pick up the phone to call the other branch in Warrens to ask if they had any. But his Rasshole more concerned about how his clothes look on him.

When I call each and every time customer service is always great, if the person I initially start to speak to do not know, there would get the information and get back to me.

My mother (in her 70s) has been a patron of DE Computers from its inception. Every time she has left her computer there for repairs, she has had to wait for months. On October 31, she ordered a battery for her laptop, paid in full, and still on January 1, 2023, has not received a call back or an update. "Don't call us, we'll call you" is the last thing she was told when she drove to Sheraton to check on its status. Conclusion: staff do not respect elderly customers. I do not recommend.

Excellent customer service. Product availability is generally good. Staff are well versed with the technology and usually provide great recommendations.

Fast efficient professional service. Needed my laptop diagnosed as i was getting blue screen crashes. They checked it immediately and had the part i needed in stock. No issues since. Had a good stock of network supplies, cables, switches, wifi extenders and some streaming gear, webcam, mics and soundboards.
