Worst courier service in the whole wide world… nothing could ever beat this. I was made to pay double the price of an item a relative sent to me from Canada. And to think I have received packages from farther places.

Awesome service!! DHL clearly excels in the execution of their contract for transport of US Visa applications and issuance.
My experience both in dropping off documentation for courier service to the embassy, and in receiving back the approved documents at the end of the process was pleasant. Both staff members I interacted with on these visits were courteous and professional. There was never a big crowd, and I think this is an excellent and efficient system.

Today I received the worst service ever at DHL. I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to be allowed to pay for two boxes that I went to collect and not a soul was in front of me. The shift changed and the incoming person completely ignored me. Very unhappy as I swear by their service but today the female agent was also wicked seeing me lift a heavy box and would not demagnetize the door. Wicked.

DHL in Barbados is nothing but extortion. When I ordered my items from the seller it said free shipping. Items arrive in Barbados for which I paid approximately $150 usd, only for dhl representative to call me and tell me I need to paid $400 dollars to get my items. Which part of this makes sense? It’s criminal.

This is my first time using DHL and its by far the worse experience ever, my package been here just over a week and nobody can't provide me with an update I had to call and run down behind people for them to tell me them can't help me customs have my package held for low value, honestly the person could paid for 21 days shipping not 3-5 days if ya knew I wasn't going to get my stuff when I needed now, yall just know how to ruin people program 🙂
