10 years ago I purchased a Breitling watch at the cruise terminal. The service was very good and I was happy with my purchase. On returning to the UK there was an issue with the warranty and I hadcertain issues with the watch, suffice to say IWas not happy.
This year I returned and happen to speak with the onboard shopping manager inside DIamonds International about my previous experience.
Having left the store I was tracked down by Kisanka from the store who was not happy to hear of my experience. I was taken back to the store and the customer service I received from Yael and Jason was second to none. Yael had actually overheard my conversation and took it upon herself to make amends.They have turned around a 10 year old negative experience into a positive one. I am now confident that my previous experience cannot be repeated now as it's obvious safeguards are now in place to negate the issues In had. I would like to thank all the team and look forward to making a future purchase.

Sir madam I Bought a Brightling aventure watch from the shop near the shipping docks your shop was near to it I have moved in to my sons house and while the plumber was working he and his son stolen a lot of Jewelry and also my watch I can not find the Receipt been to the police station got a crime number also phoned the Brightling shop in the UK and they said they can do nothing about it as i have no receipt i am hoping that you still have it the price of the watch was £2819.21 6th January 2020 please my name is Robert Anthony brown 89 lincroft crescent Cv58gy please help me thank you

Excellent customer service was provided by Kisanka -Kumar and Chetan. I had many questions about the Bretling watch and they were happy to help me.

Went in today to arrange a purchase of an IWC pilot, unfortunately after the greeting from the woman on entry slouched over the counter and her very obnoxious attitude walked straight out again, obviously a massive chip on her shoulder, Would definitely not recommend,

Excellent service, quality products. Was particularly impressed with the help from Melissa at the Bridgetown store. Melissa went above and beyond in helping me to find the perfect diamond earrings.
