TOURISTS AVOID! I paid Digicel for a 2 week esim. The lady took my phone, loaded the sim and claimed she was changing my settings to set me up on the local network. Before leaving I asked her, "am I on the Digicel network now?" She said "yes". Well she was either lying or incompetent because after using the internet and making calls for 24 hours, I got a message from my UK network saying that I was charged £45 for roaming on the UK network!!!!

Excellent service on Monday morning at Dome Mall branch. I was promptly greeted on approaching the counter and acknowledged to conduct business thereafter. I don't remember her name but my customer service officer was thorough, patient and pleasant. Keep it up. I felt valued.

They made a mistake on my bill from October 2019, and disconnected my service first in July 2020, then again in September for non payment. When I asked why it is happening they claimed they missed a bill in October, however everything on our account shows it is current. Poor service, exceptionally poor, and feels like they're scamming.

Poor, poor, poor customer service. I went to return the equipment and apply for a change in service. The wait was one hour just to see a rep. A company's main office service should be indicative of the quality service its known for. Digicel needs to do something about this poor service.
