Drink and Laff it Off is the only restaurant that sells authentic Bajan cuisine along St Lawrence gap and it’s the best food in town. A range of food from sautéed buttered cassava, oxtail, seasoned grilled fish and delicious fried wings excellently seasoned down to the bone. To top it all off you can guarantee an amazing cocktail to wash it all down as the cook’s son is an incredible mixologist. Skip past all the other bars and restaurants and head to Drink and Laff it Off; kiosk number 9 the red stall next to Charles Water Sports (behind Daddy’s) you’ll be glad you found it and welcomed by friendly staff and great customer service.

Superb food!! Good price. The staff was so nice!! Thumbs up to kim for making the delicious food!! Tried beef stew and beef spareribs with rice and coleslaw!! Will definitely go back!

Amazing food! Best breadfruit I've had :). The macaroni pie was also delicious. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Prices are also great for the amount of food you get. They also have a great selection of drinks that the other stalls in the area don't have. I would definitely be back the next time on the island.

This is a hidden gem at Dover Beach. (It's a teal colored stall behind the beach shacks, next to Charles Watersports.) It's family-run, with a rotating menu. We wanted to try their shepherd's pie and they didn't have any, so they offered to make us some the next day as a special order. The "small pan" they made (for US$15) left us both stuffed, and it looked so good that people stopped by our picnic table to ask where we got it. It was delicious and looked traditional (meat on the bottom, topped with mashed potatoes and then a cheese crust), but the seasoning was distinctly Bajan. We'd definitely recommend it!
