I had an excellent experience with Drive a Matic in Barbados. The reservation process was easy, and the staff ensured I got the perfect car for my stay. The driver who delivered the car to my hotel was pleasant and conducted a thorough walk-through. They also handled getting my driver’s permit and happily accommodated my request to extend the reservation. Highly recommend for their outstanding customer service & for your rental needs. 🇧🇧🚘

Exceptional service from everyone at Drive-a-matic. First of all, the reservation process went really smoothly. Upon arrival at the office for collection, I was upgraded to a larger, more comfortable car to accommodate my back and leg problems, which I had to see a doctor for that week. Since I had never driven an automatic car before, the staff courteously showed me how to operate it. Upon returning home, I requested an invoice, and they sent it over swiftly. The vehicle I was given was stellar as well, and their office at the airport is conveniently located. The best of all is that I had a fabulous time in Barbados, would love to return!!

We had a wonderful experience every time we rent from DriveAMatic in Barbados! Their staff is super friendly, phone lines are always answered for questions or inquiries, and they make the deliver and pick up of your rental seamless! Shout out to Dennis the Operations Manager who is super helpful and makes sure our rental process goes smoothly! Audrey is also super helpful, he drops the car off and makes the process smooth. I rented from the airport and got great service. I also contacted the main office, which I assume this location is, to get some paperwork for insurance claims. Even though there was a reference number error, the agent patiently worked with me to find the correct paperwork.

We decided to use this company after reading a travel blogger's recommendation. We have had better experiences with local rental companies on the islands than the big name ones. An agent brought the car to our hotel at the allotted time and the process took less than 10 minutes. We were able to leave our keys with the hotel and they picked it up. It was a seamless experience and I would highly recommend using this company.
