I have furniture that was purchased from this store in 2021.
2 king size beds, 2 twin beds. One of the twin beds the head board
came with termites inside the wood. This is the first time I have heard anything like this. I did some research on this and I was told that when the wood was treated the termites was already inside the wood, so I bought a bed that already had termites inside the wood.
I think that this store should take the bed back and send it back to the manufactured. This is how you help your customers.
Not keep them hanging with a product they can not use.
I just want you to know that if you are going to buy furniture from this store you do not know what you are going to get.
I do not know where this store is buying their furniture from but it doesn't look good. The other furnitures I bought from this store the legs on the king size beds are falling apart so is the head boards.

Great choices, very helpful staff: there is always something to discover, and their delivery team is very helpful. They still seem to have issues with their inventory system, so get them to triple-check when they think they're out-of-stock with an item...
Great place to get all your quality kitchen essentials.
Note that Dwellings has now fully merged with Ashley furnitures, and has more than doubled the surface of their showroom with beds, tables and sofas.
And while you're at it, pop in the neighboring shops and finish with a late lunch with a nice glass of wine at Open Kitchen across the parking.

Horrible service. Horrible!
Since last October I have been trying to get simple standard size pillow cases and sheets. Out of stock. Oh we are expecting a shipment next week or in two weeks is what the Rasshole keeps saying. NOT coming back in there!

Terrible experience. They offered a discount then reneged.
The marketing manager is so bad for this business.
Buy your furniture elsewhere.

Bought a new bed frame which seems to have been repaired at the factory in Vietnam.
After numerous calls they said that someone would come to have a look - still waiting after five months. Not exactly an express service.
Just to update, someone from Dwellings did call round to look at the bed frame. They have agreed a replacement part, but this will need to come in their next shipment in a few months time.
