Talk about going over and beyond. I called ElectroClinic in dire need to get my iPhone screen fixed. I couldn’t even see the screen due to a huge black blob and a gazillion colored lines. Dwayne was soon closing the store for the day but offered for me to drop my phone off at his home and have him fix it. Soon after dropping it off, my phone was ready and working and looking like new 😁!! Amazing customer service, professionalism and response time. Being on the island almost a year, I’ve never experienced customer service quite like this!! Highly recommend!!

Upon reading the positive reviews online, I said I’d go here to have my iPhone XS screen replaced — bad idea! I definitely wouldn’t recommend! Go to the iShop in Sheraton or another phone tech!
The actual screen installation of my iPhone was done well but afterwards my Face ID/Recognition stopped working. The guy who did the repair said once I factory reset the phone it should go back working. Once I left the shop, I discovered that this issue occurs when the screen installation isn’t done properly. If the infrared camera, flood illuminator or dot projector are damaged; any one of them can cause Face ID failure and such an issue is irreparable. Therefore during screen repairs, the tech has to be very careful to not damage any!
I’m sure this hasn’t been their first iPhone screen replacement so they should’ve known how to do it properly and if they don’t, they shouldn’t be messing around with people’s phones. On top of that, they charged me the full price for the screen replacement, even with shoddy work done. Seriously disappointed.
