When you live on an island and only service machines bought at your store, you’re really not service minded and you turn off people from ever considering buying something from you who have been here a long time before your business came along. Poor attitude makes for poor business practices.

A few people have described the service at this company as good/great. But I have to disagree, since I've called both stores several times to make a query about a product I bought about three years ago and no time was the phone answered -- after several rings I got one of those automatic responses -- each time I called. I'm sorry but I can't describe a business as good/great if I can't get a phone call answered.

1st time customer. Greeted upon entry. Was given assistance with what I wanted to buy. Was given options and bought more than I expected; after all, it was a great deal. I also got help taking my purchases to my vehicle.
For sure will visit again as prices are reasonable and service was very good.

They sell very reliable products and top brands, even though I only purchase my first product a pressure washer. I hv friends that have them as well.
