Quite difficult to find but if you manage to find it you are definitely in for a treat. The beer is cold and the souse is great, but the hospitality is even better. We got there and there were like 20 locals eating, drinking and enjoying themselves. They offered us a couple of beers and invited us to eat with them. Great place and great people

Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had in my life I get no menu that’s fine I Oder the lady tells me to wait outside which I did do 40 min then I went to get some water across the street from another store I came back and I noticed people that came after me had been so I went back in the kitchen and waited to get her attention she looked at me and just kept doing what she was doing keep in mind it’s been an hour since I ordered at this point i was going to eat somewhere else so I just left it’s really remarkable to me that people still run a business in Barbados with this level of ignorance especially when dealing with a new customer from another country you will always be a back alley business not sure how there google rating is 4.7 stay away from this place

Local traditional dish, pork with pickled breadfruit, cucumber onion, sweet potato pudding and Bajan seasoning - LOVED IT. I think he is only there on Saturday and Sunday. Fun fact, the chef has an amazing signing skills as well

The best combinations available. My preference is puddiing in a sleeve with lean souse. You can.get steam pudding with snout ear toungue or with regular souse!
