This was our home gym for the week we spent on the island. It's reasonably equipped, is not too busy at the end of the day and has AC, although not too strong. They have a weekly subscription option which was great for us and are actually open 24/7. I preferred using the facilities at our apartment. Bonuses are the Massy store right below for refreshments and the market for a post workout meal.

Surprisingly well-equipped gym in Barbados. 4 star only cluse no water in gym at all. If you dont bring own water you wipl be thirsty 😀😀😀

Gym is very good. Good machines, weights, great location, awesome place to meet any of your fitness goals. Now open 24 hours, fitness classes available. I would give it 5 stars if the attendants or clean lady clean the gym better, however, bathroom are always excellently clean. Floors and laying mats need some special cleaning attention though. Other than that great spot.

It’s an alright gym. The equipment is incredibly old/poorly maintained and men will just openly stare at you if you’re a woman. I had a problem with a female employee who laughed when I told her a man who was coming to fix the television was staring at me. Problem was fixed by the manager but I felt very uncomfortable. Managers are very nice tho

Good community of gym rats, and an excellent option if you’re looking to workout on vacation. They offer weekly passes at reasonable rates. I would highly recommend.
