Horrible service and bad attitude

I bank with First Caribbean at there Speightstown branch I need to change a standing order amount, I have sent them 7 e-mails, I had an initial response for verification, since then nothing , I have missed the payment date from when I requested the change in payment worth, but still no reply to a further 6 e-mails, when you phone they have no clue what I want or where my e-mails went, but they went to the e-mail on there website.
I sent an e-mail to HSBC with the same request, actioned within 2hours.
I sent the same request to Nationwide actioned immediately.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication from First Caribbean.

The bank just needs to answer phone calls so that a y enquiries can be solved over the phone instead of going in.
