We were lucky to visit here before a recently announced closure of the kitchen. It remains open for drinks. The food was ok, but not to die for! Good luck when you reopen.

What a fabulous place by the sea where the owner personally comes to your table and greets you , and the food was gorgeous, very historical x

Simple home cooked Bajan food. Seaside dining that's typical in Barbados...hot on a lunchtime

We went in for a cold drink but ended having lunch - fish and breadfruit. So glad that we did it as food was really good. There is alcohol but we'll have to make our cocktails. I'd suggest use passion fruit juice and cherry juice with rum. Lot of locals came to buy food- real testament to it's authenticity.😋😋

This place was recommended and I think it truly is worth the visit but I can't say the food quality was the best I had in Barbados. Not sure if it's always a buffet as we went on a Sunday but as far as having the biggest selection of local dishes...they have them. We had a pineapple type potatoe dish, the Mac pie, the fried fish(marlin), fried chicken, and a gravy. The food wasn't labeled and they had a hard time hearing (?) On the other side of the glass so we got what we got. Maybe the dishes are better if they are cooked individually but I wasn't able to eat the fish, it was a little fishy for me. (I normally don't eat fish but have liked it in Barbados now several times) The location and the views are excellent. I was glad we went just to go. I can see that it can get busy so get there early. Wasn't able to get flying fish anywhere...I guess the flying fish have moved to Trinidad.
